Biography
We perform endoscopic examinations according to the method of “gentle / painless endoscopy”. Gastroscopies and colonoscopies are performed under deep sedation with Propofol and completely free of pain. The recovery time after propofol sedation is short and mostly lasts 15 minutes. Practice of Gastroenterology, Bergheimer Str. 56a, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany. Mulitresistent bacteria are most commonly found in hospital surroundings. Due to the outpatient practice setting and highest standards of Hygiene infections can be avoided extensively. We use Thermodesinfection with fully automated washing machines, which is the most secure method up to date. Biopsy forceps and polypectomy loops are sterilized one way material.
