In the wake of the global COVID-19 vaccination efforts, a myriad of potential side effects have been scrutinized for their occurrence and implications. One rare yet notable case that has emerged is the cytotoxic lesion of the corpus callosum, a condition where the body's immune response triggers an inflammatory reaction leading to damage in the structure connecting the brain's hemispheres. This case report sheds light on one such instance, emphasizing the importance of continuous monitoring and research to better understand the spectrum of post-vaccination effects. The reported case involves a patient who developed a cytotoxic lesion of the corpus callosum shortly after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. The corpus callosum, a crucial neural pathway responsible for facilitating communication between the brain's left and right hemispheres, exhibited signs of inflammation and damage.
