Abstract
This data explores the multifaceted applications of \textit{Building Information Modeling} (BIM) across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. It highlights BIM’s role in collaborative design, sustainable practices, facility management, risk mitigation, and lifecycle cost analysis. The integration of BIM with emerging technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and the Internet of Things (IoT) is also examined, emphasizing its potential to enhance project efficiency and decision-making.
