Abstract
This collection reviews the multifaceted management of ovarian massesandcysts. It coversdiagnosis, risks tratification, and treat
ment for both benign and malignant lesions, highlighting specific considerations like ovarian torsion in adolescents and endometri
omasaffecting ovarian reserve. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is examined regarding its etiology, cancer risk, and therapeutic
advancements. Theimportanceofearlyovariancancerdetection, including diagnostic ultrasound features in postmenopausal women,
is also emphasized. The literature underscores a tailored, multidisciplinary approach to optimize patient care and fertility preservation
across diverse ovarian conditions.
